Your equipment may be coming from the US, or Hong Kong, depending on the equipment purchased. Your specific delivery date will depend on the dispatch country and delivery address.

Most items are usually shipped within 5-10 working days.
We do recommend allowing up to 3 weeks for your order in peak times, such as a special offer or promotion. Delivery times are beyond our control but rest assured that we only work with reliable welding manufacturers and suppliers to give you the best service.

ARCCAPTAIN Welder expressly warrants to all purchasers (“Buyer”) of all new welding and cutting equipment, helmet, and replacement parts (“Goods”) that Goods shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship which are discovered within the warranty period, subject to the disclaimers and limitations of the Statement. This warranty is void if the equipment has been subjected to improper installation and testing, improper care, unauthorized repair and modification, or abnormal operations.

REFUND POLICY

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Its very small but mighty. I've had mine hooked up to 220 and 110 on separate occasions and it works great. I've only used the mig so far but I'm blown away at how well this little thing does. Set up was a breeze and I was welding within a few minutes of getting the box open.
Great little welder for the money. I use this with a 13K generator for building pipe fence around the farm. Im using it for flux core welding with the included .035 flux wire. Setting this welder up is easy. Ground clamp is good quality for the money. MIG gun is OK. Not Lincoln or Miller quality but better than some of the other cheap flux only welders I've tried. Polarity swap from MIG to Flux is super easy with the external connections. Have not tried stick or TIG functions yet but it does what I need it to do very well. Oh....and I was able to weld multiple pipe fence sections without it shutting down for overheat. I am running 120a .035 flux for the pipe fencing in the pix.

I always liked to think of myself as blue collar and being able to fix anything with an engine, but can you really fix anything if you can't weld?
I picked up the little 165 as the ability to use different power sources was great as my work has up to 480v (including 240v for reference) but that I could still run 110v if I couldn't have what I was working on inside/within range.
The flux core option was big as it meant that it would be less of learning curve and closer to soldering so it would be "okay", and I wouldn't need to worry about moving and storing the gases.
Well, while the main project was expected to be floor pans and some mounts for an engine swap (I will be having buddies that are actual welders help make sure it's all safe), I really wanted to at least be able to make some non-safety related things. Then I got my crappy old chevy and was able to start working on that with my first welding experience being fixing an exhaust leak.
While it took some time adjusting settings, the owner's manual was a great help, and while I struggled at first, it got "better' (subjectively) as I went on.
My wife also got me one of the auto dimming hoods (the "not Gundam, Gundam ones") and that worked like a dream!
Great little welder for a DIY'er or as an entry gift for a child (not child aged, but an older child who wants to learn). Great price for what you get!

For the price point this welder works pretty good . Seems to be a good little welder for home use and DIY . Seems to be made ok but question if it will last if used over light duty , The power cord looks a little small to me for 110/220 welder . I only give three stars because manual is not really clear or have a lot of detail for this being advertised for beginners . Second the welder comes with the hose to run gas but no gauges ! Other competitors welders come with this at the same price point . There also is no tip tool to remove the tip again is with other welders ! Being advertised for beginners a beginner will not have these and will need to purchase ! Then you add the thin looking wire gauge I think at higher amps/ voltage could give some problems . But for light duty usage and the compact design along with price point for a DIY usage you could get by . But if you’re looking for a more complete beginners package I would shop around .
I wanted to update my review ! After using this welder a little more and putting it through the paces I did some repairs and it welded great ! I would recommend this welder to everyone ! It did a great job welding the hinges on my old truck . This will do what it says .
Weld right out of the box! After about 30 minutes to load and familiarize myself with the directions, I was flux core mig welding. With some practice I was laying down a decent bead. I need lots more practice but my welds were serviceable if not pretty. Easy to read and set LED settings, automatically increases feed with higher settings. On the highest setting I was burning through 1/8" plate, so lots of power. I compared Arccaptian, Yeswelder & Harbor Freight. I think any would work similarly but I chose Arccaptian because they design and make their own welders. I was going to send photos of my welds but, like I said, not the prettiest {;>)

Love it so far. I haven’t tried to tig yet(bought the torch separately) but I have about 10 hours on it so far with the flux core and it’s been doing great!
This is a welder, all you need in one I cannot believe the size and lightweight of this welder, compared to ones I've had, in the past. Absolutely beautiful welder, I cannot believe you can buy a welder for this kind of price. I'm well, then, heavy duty parts in race cars that see a lot of abuse in this thing. Handled it like a champ.
Solid little machine, worthy of 4.5 out of 5 stars for its class, and overall value for the price. The company has great customer service, that is prompt, respectful, and genuine.
I'm giving it a 4 star, stick welding works great, flux not so much the wire that was with the packaging doesn't work the best so I'm going to try another that may work better but other then that haven't tried tig welding yet or mig . But overall good

After owning another brand of MIG welder, I was concerned buying another one. This welder is awesome, way better experience it lays down a great weld, not sputtering booger welds. I am so very pleased with this machine.
Great little machine. It's been a while since I MIGed, but with a few button presses I was able to get running with the supplied flux wire. I put it to work adding an addition to my welding cart for it to live and was able to blast it together in no time.
Want to run gas, but haven't had time to setup. Comes with a hose but no regulator and the regulator accessory also has a hose, so now have so many hoses.
Got it based on price and Karl Fisher's (Make it Kustom) recommendation.
I have several heavy-duty welders which are not portable. Bought this MIG165 welder because it is portable and more useable in the field.
I am impressed with the performance of this machine especially using the Flux Mig welding. The unit is very light, smooth performance and works well using a 110-source voltage which is especially handy in remote locations.
I bought for a Christmas present so I will not know how it welds and operates for a while. Overall it looks well built
