A flame-retardant exterior forms the garment's outer fabric layer. A high-power laser spot can still damage or perforate this fabric, so direct laser exposure must be avoided.

The specially coated composite material acts as a protective barrier to help reduce laser-related skin injury when the exposure conditions match the material's protective limits.
03Inner LayerFlame-retardant stretch fabric
The inner fabric combines flame resistance with stretch to support flexibility and movement during work.

Test duration is not a safe exposure allowance. These material values apply only to the stated test conditions. They do not mean a person wearing the garment can safely receive a direct laser hit for 100 seconds.
How should I read the PEL value?
PEL means Protective Exposure Limit. The reported value is expressed as laser power per unit area under defined test conditions. It is not the laser machine's rated output, and it is not a safe exposure limit for the human body.
A different wavelength, spot size or exposure duration requires a separate assessment of suitability.

Frequently asked questions
Does flame-retardant fabric stop every laser beam?
No. Flame resistance does not mean unlimited laser resistance. Direct high-power laser exposure can damage the outer fabric, and exposure beyond the garment's limits can cause protective failure and injury.
Can I use the 1070 nm test data for other wavelengths?
The reported data applies to the stated 1070 nm test conditions. Suitability for a different wavelength or exposure condition must be assessed separately.
What does the stretch inner layer provide?
The inner layer uses flame-retardant stretch fabric to support flexibility and movement. Fit and coverage must still be suitable for the task.
What should I do if the garment is damaged?
Stop using it. Burns, holes or other damage can compromise protection. Follow the manufacturer's inspection and replacement instructions before returning to work.

All orders are delivered within 10 business days unless delayed due to address verification issues or suspected fraudulent activity. We never ship during weekends or holidays. All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped via UPS/USPS/Amazon Logistics. When shipped, orders will take 2-3 days to update tracking number. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.
We cannot be held accountable for the shipping carriers actions and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.

In addition, delivery may be unavailable to certain remote or rural areas. In the United States, we currently do not deliver to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or Guam. Please ensure that your shipping address is not located in these regions before placing an order.

Your equipment may be coming from the US, or Hong Kong, depending on the equipment purchased. Your specific delivery date will depend on the dispatch country and delivery address.
When will I receive my order?
Most items are usually shipped within 5-10 working days.
We do recommend allowing up to 3 weeks for your order in peak times, such as a special offer or promotion. Delivery times are beyond our control but rest assured that we only work with reliable welding manufacturers and suppliers to give you the best service.
How do I track my order?
Your delivery confirmation email will contain your tracking number and order details.
Taxes and other charges
Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.
