its not comfortable

it’s not comfortable to wear. The headband has a funky adjustable part that just doesn’t stay on my head. It slips off. I took it apart and tried to adjust it. I even took the headband off of my old Lincoln helmet and tried to convert it. Then I thought why am i even doing this? I have an old Harbor Fright helmet that fits better than this one. I’m in the process of returning it. Boo! 😕

Sorry customer service

Sorry customer service. They sent me the wrong helmet and as of this date have not resolved the issue. I own a machine shop and was going to order one of their machines. No way with this type of service would I use them. My two current machines are from Everlast and their customer service is outstanding,

Decent helmet but light is not “ built in” as and falls off almost immediately!

Decent helmet but light is not “ built in” as quoted on Arccaptain site. It’s stuck on and falls off almost immediately and yes I pre-cleaned the surface. I’ve sent an email and have received nothing back from them. I tried to return it but I missed window by 1 day as I only got around to using it by then.
Look closely at any online helmets because I do not think any are actually “built in”.
