How to Use the Kit

Match the welding process and tungsten to the base material. Use the included aluminum filler rods only with compatible base aluminum; obtain the correct filler metal separately for other metals.

Connect the welder, WP-26 torch, ground clamp, gas system, and a filled 100% argon cylinder according to the product manual.

With input power disconnected, attach the compatible foot pedal as directed in the manual. Restore power, then select AC TIG or DC TIG for the applicable material.

Prepare the tungsten correctly, set gas flow and welding parameters, and test the settings on matching scrap material.

Use the pedal for current control and install parts from the 71-piece kit only when they match the torch setup.

Wear welding gloves, a properly rated welding helmet, protective clothing, and all other task-appropriate PPE.

What You Still Need

A filled shielding-gas cylinder, suitable electrical supply, properly matched tungsten, and task-appropriate PPE are required. Welding gloves and a welding helmet are not included in this kit unless separately stated in the product offer.

It best fits shop fabrication and repair work where the included filler metal matches the aluminum being welded.

Aluminum, stainless steel, mild steel, copper, and more. Use AC TIG for aluminum and DC TIG for other metals.

AC TIG is for aluminum and magnesium; DC TIG is for steel, stainless, and copper. The AC wave cleans the oxide layer on aluminum for a smooth, shiny weld.

Use 100% Argon gas. For aluminum, pure Argon at 15–20 CFH works best. For steel or stainless, the same gas can be used.

It’s dual voltage 110V/220V.

Output power is capped when running on 110V to prevent standard home breakers from tripping. For maximum performance, use a 220V outlet.
