All orders are delivered within 10 business days unless delayed due to address verification issues or suspected fraudulent activity. We never ship during weekends or holidays. All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped via UPS/USPS/Amazon Logistics. When shipped, orders will take 2-3 days to update tracking number. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.
We cannot be held accountable for the shipping carriers actions and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.

Your equipment may be coming from the US, or Hong Kong, depending on the equipment purchased. Your specific delivery date will depend on the dispatch country and delivery address.
When will I receive my order?
Most items are usually shipped within 5-10 working days.
We do recommend allowing up to 3 weeks for your order in peak times, such as a special offer or promotion. Delivery times are beyond our control but rest assured that we only work with reliable welding manufacturers and suppliers to give you the best service.
How do I track my order?

Taxes and other charges
Depending on the country of delivery, you may be required to pay extra tax or charges such as VAT and/or import duties.

ARCCAPTAIN Welder expressly warrants to all purchasers (“Buyer”) of all new welding and cutting equipment, helmet, and replacement parts (“Goods”) that Goods shall be free from manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship which are discovered within the warranty period, subject to the disclaimers and limitations of the Statement. This warranty is void if the equipment has been subjected to improper installation and testing, improper care, unauthorized repair and modification, or abnormal operations.

Goods are intended for commercial and industrial users who are trained and experienced in the use and maintenance of welding equipment. Buyer's remedies shall be limited exclusively to those provided in this Statement. There are no express warranties other than those contained herein. REFUND POLICY

Damages and issues

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The mig205pro is a great addition. The price is easy on the wallet with out breaking the bank. The welder is easy to use. Light weight.fast and easy to set up. I bought it to learn how to mig, stick and lift arc tig. It has been used by my friends who are professional weldors. They were surprised how well it performs. I highly recomend purchasing this welding machine. The mig gun is designed well. A 15 ft whip and ground cable would of been nicer. However it can be purchased separately.
First off let me just say I was super skeptical about this welder when I first seen the ads for them, but man this thing has blown me away! I have used some really nice name brand welders and this one is right there with them for weld quality!
My ONLY complaint is dialing in the settings is a bit confusing and definitely a learning curve… But overall, would I buy it again? 100%!
The learning curve is not that bad and like I said it welds just as good as welders that cost thousands!
I would give it a solid 9.5 out of 10!

Very happy with MIG205 AND ARCCAPTAIN Customer Service. Customer Service is a big deal when warranty or repair is required. We have a Millermatic252 but the circuit board gave up and the repair is expensive. The 205 was the same price as the Miller circuit board rebuild. ARCCAPTAIN Customer Service has come through more than once. I have owned a few models and recommend the 205 if you weld once a week or more.
The 205A MIG welder is amazing.A friend of mine owns an ARCCAPTAIN MIG200, and I had the chance to use it before. It was a great experience! So when I started looking for a welding machine, arccaptain naturally came to mind. The design of this MIG welder and its app control features really caught my eye, so I decided to give this "Pro" MIG welder a try.
When I opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised to see that it included most of the essential accessories to MIG or stick weld. I try the MIG Welding first. I welded 1/8" thick steel, it produced a really nice weld. The wire feed was incredibly smooth and consistent.Anyway, it is convenient to instal wire as The wire feed compartment has plenty of space and design with a LED. Then, i tried the stick welding with 6013 1/8" rods. It draws a nice bead. After a quick test, I’m really satisfied with this welder. The welding experience is so much better than my old machine.It also has many other features, like lift tig and aluminum welding, which I plan to test out on a project next week. I’m really looking forward to it.
The welder has a large, clear screen that makes it really easy to use. Even with all its features, it’s simple to operate and you can quickly get the hang of it. You can set the burn-back time, inductance. You can welding with 2T or 4T as you like. When you doing spot welding, you could set the spot time, too. It is a very professional welder! All of these are very easy to set. In other way, if you just a beginner, i think you could open the "Syn" mode for MIG welding, you just need to know which metal you want to weld and set, then you could start, you no need to know how to set the professional parameters in this mode.It is beginner friendly, too.
That’s been my experience with the welding , but what I find most interesting is the app control feature. It’s a very innovative design. I set it up on my phone and saved the settings. It allows me to store some data. The setup on the phone is even clearer.
The MIG205PRO welder is really lightweight and compact, At least it's a lot more portable than my old welder. Making it easy to carry around from one job to the next. Whether you're working in a shop or on a job site, it doesn’t take up much space and can easily be moved in and out of tight areas. The handle is sturdy and comfortable, adding to the convenience of transporting it wherever you need.
Overall, this is an excellent value welder, and I really like it.

This is a remarkable Welder! Currently only using flux core wire for the MIG and have yet to try the stick feature. Don't have C25 for the TIG so can't comment on that (yet). It's not too heavy to carry to wear it's needed and has good LED display for the values and functions. Very pleased with everything about it. I sent an email with a question and they responded quickly and answered my question clearly and accurately. Very good value for the price. Bought one of their plasma cutters as well; also a very good value.
Works great and the customer service was beyond expectation and when I am in need of welder or welder equipment, arccaptain will be my choice again.

Great little welder with awsome set up on the lead with pivoting suports on both ends to help releave tension. Works better then many hobart and millers I have used in the past at a 1/3 of the size and weight.
I'm very impressed with the Arcaptain MIG205 Pro. It competes with my Everlast iMIG 200 at 1/2 the price. The display is very nice and intuitive. The settings are also available on the Bluetooth app which make changing settings even easier. Please note the customer service team is available Monday-Friday China local time but will respond promptly when back in the office. I had previously left a short review of this welder. But i felt i needed to say more about it. Since my previous review i have chosen this welding machine as my training welding machine. It functions flawlessly in syn mode and in manual.. i have put it threw its paces. Currently im using it in spot weld mode to replace sheet metal. On my project car. It makes it easy and worry free . Once again thank you arccaptain.
Extremely pleased so far. Welded some 3/16 angle iron to set up the welder. Worked very well. Repaired my air compressor tank. I had to set the welder up below the recommended settings for the thickness of the steel. I believe this welder can weld much thicker material than advertised. I have not used the stick welder yet. Will update review when I do. I would recommend this welder.
