How to Use the Kit

Connect the TIG200P to a compatible 110V or 220V circuit and follow the manual’s input-power requirements.

Connect the WP-26 torch, work clamp, gas hose, compatible regulator, and a filled 100% argon cylinder according to the product manual.

Disconnect input power before attaching the foot pedal. Connect it to the compatible control port as directed in the manual.

Select AC TIG for suitable aluminum work or DC TIG for suitable steel, stainless-steel, or copper work.

Install tungsten and filler metal matched to the base material, set gas flow and welding parameters, then test on matching scrap.

Use pedal travel to vary current while maintaining the required torch angle and filler-rod control.

What You Still Need

A filled shielding-gas cylinder, compatible tungsten and filler metal, suitable electrical supply, a properly rated welding helmet, welding gloves, protective clothing, and other task-appropriate PPE are required. These items are not added by the Foot Pedal Kit unless separately stated in the product offer.

All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation. Orders are shipped via UPS/USPS/Amazon Logistics. When shipped, orders will take 2-3 days to update tracking number. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.

We cannot be held accountable for the shipping carriers actions and cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.

Your equipment may be coming from the US, or Hong Kong, depending on the equipment purchased. Your specific delivery date will depend on the dispatch country and delivery address.

AC TIG is for aluminum and magnesium; DC TIG is for steel, stainless, and copper. The AC wave cleans the oxide layer on aluminum for a smooth, shiny weld.

Use 100% Argon gas. For aluminum, pure Argon at 15–20 CFH works best. For steel or stainless, the same gas can be used.
