FAQs

This welder comes with a 3-year warranty, giving you long-term reliability and peace of mind.

Pulse MIG uses controlled current pulses to reduce heat and improve weld stability, resulting in cleaner welds with less spatter and better control

The double pulse MIG Welder includes 159 built-in Smart-Set synergic programs that automatically match voltage and wire feed speed based on material and thickness, making setup faster and more consistent for different welding jobs.

This multi-process welder supports Dual Pulse MIG, Single Pulse MIG, standard MIG, Flux Core, Stick (MMA), Lift TIG, and Spool Gun welding, covering a wide range of materials and applications. (Lift TIG torch, foot pedal, and spool gun need to be purchased separately.)

Synergic MIG automatically matches voltage and wire feed speed based on the material and thickness you select. This makes setup faster and easier, especially for beginners, while still allowing experienced users to fine-tune settings for better control.

This dual pulse mig welder supports 1kg and 5kg wire spools, making it suitable for both light and extended welding tasks.

It is ideal for automotive repair, aluminum fabrication, sheet metal work, and structural welding, covering a wide range of everyday and professional applications.

Standard MIG: Higher spatter, requires post-cleaning, suitable for general welding
Single Pulse MIG: Lower spatter, allows manual control of weld appearance, ideal for precision welding
Double Pulse MIG: Lower heat input with automatically formed fish-scale welds, combining high efficiency with premium appearance

Pulse welding (single and double) is only available in gas MIG mode and works in synergic mode only.

Single Pulse / Double Pulse MIG: Carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum
Standard MIG: Carbon steel and stainless steel

Yes. It supports aluminum welding using:

  • Double Pulse MIG for better appearance and control
  • Spool Gun for improved wire feeding stability

Recommended aluminum wires: ER4043 / ER5356

Double Pulse MIG: Aluminum 1mm, Stainless 0.8mm, Carbon steel 1mm
Single Pulse MIG: Aluminum 2mm, Stainless 0.8mm, Carbon steel 1mm

USA Only

No. The spool gun does not support single or double pulse modes.

No. Flux-cored (gasless) welding does not support pulse functions and cannot weld aluminum.

Customers praised the welder's double-pulse MIG capability for aluminum, with "beautiful beads" and reduced heat distortion. The Bluetooth app, synergic presets, and multi-process versatility (MIG/TIG/stick) impressed hobbyists and professionals. Compact size aids portability. However, one shopper noted limitations with C10 gas recognition and lack of 0.045 wire mode.

  • Great machine for welding on the ford aluminum trucks, the only welder that has been capable
  • Double-pulse function keeps heat down nicely, I can lay clean beads without fighting distortion
  • Dual pulse balances welding speed and bead appearance perfectly

Handy app control for my busy garage

I really like the Bluetooth app. I save separate profiles for exhaust work, body sheet metal and aluminum repairs. One tap recalls my saved settings instead of twisting knobs over and over. Pairing is quick. Being able to adjust from across my workbench is really convenient.

Compact size, works hard for fabrication projects

The unit is fairly light so I can move it around my garage by myself. Duty cycle holds up well for my typical intermittent hobby‑fabrication work. Overheat protection kicks in properly if I push it too long. It’s not industrial‑grade, but perfect for my automotive and metal‑art builds.

I’ve run test welds on carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminum so far. Performance has impressed me out of the box thanks to its double‑pulse MIG capability. One thing worth noting: for long‑distance aluminum wire feeding you’ll need to purchase a separate spool gun. Overall it fits really well within my garage hobby setup.

I work on custom motorcycle parts and run into lots of narrow, tight joints. Lift‑TIG gives me much finer arc control for these tricky spots. It also supports a foot pedal if I want even more precision. Pair that with pulse‑MIG for larger aluminum sections and it covers most of my hobby fabrication needs.

I repeat several common weld jobs, so I keep going back to the same setups. In the past I wrote numbers down on notepads. With the bluetooth app I can save my custom weld profiles directly. Pairing with my phone was quick. Being able to adjust parameters remotely is a nice little convenience for my workflow.

Most of my jobs are fixing broken brackets and equipment out on the property. A lot of the metal is rusty and covered in dirt. The MMA stick mode copes well with unclean surfaces. When I need cleaner joints for aluminum components, I flip over to pulse MIG. Compact build makes it simple to store after finishing repairs.

I’m still fairly new to welding. Before, I would spend ages turning knobs just to find workable settings and waste plenty of test metal. The synergic system lets me select material and thickness first, then the machine sorts most settings for me. I still have manual adjustment if I want to fine‑tune. Great for garage practice.

My home shop is pretty limited on floor space. I used to think I needed separate machines for MIG, stick and TIG work. This unit packs all those processes into one cabinet. Switching between modes is intuitive when I jump from metal art to small repair jobs. Just note the spool gun is sold separately if you do lots of aluminum work.

I’ve had a hard time working on thin aluminum body panels for my project car. My old welder would overheat and warp the sheet metal constantly. Tried the double‑pulse function right out of the box. It keeps heat down nicely. I can lay clean beads without constantly fighting distortion. Definitely takes some stress out of body repair work.

Smart Multi Welder If You Frequently Work On Aluminum

After comparing many models, I picked this dual pulse synergic welder and have zero complaints. Dual pulse balances welding speed and bead appearance perfectly. Spool gun support makes long-distance aluminum welding consistent.
Multiple welding modes handle jobs from light precision work to heavy fabrication. Massive preset parameter library plus internal memory channels streamline daily work. The Bluetooth App offers great flexibility for parameter management, and the high-definition display keeps all settings visible at a glance. Highly recommended for anyone regularly welding aluminum.

Fantastic Multi-process Welder Great For Aluminum Work

I’ve spent plenty of time testing this welder across different jobs. The double pulse function absolutely stands out. It creates clean fish-scale beads automatically, combining the speed of MIG with the nice finish of TIG.
It handles aluminum brilliantly. Pair it with a spool gun and long-distance wire feeding stays consistent. This machine supports MIG, flux core, Lift TIG and MMA, even works great with E6011 rods. Lift TIG is compatible with a foot pedal, which is really handy for precision work.
The built-in synergic preset library saves me hours of tuning. There are tons of preloaded programs, plus I can save my favorite settings on 12 channels. The clear LCD screen makes adjustments simple. I also love the Bluetooth app; I can edit settings remotely and copy parameters to other welders. This is such a solid upgrade for our workshop.

Beginner Friendly Welder With Professional Capabilities

As someone who’s still learning welding, this machine is a game-changer. Hundreds of built-in synergic presets cover different metals, wire sizes and plate thicknesses. I can get decent welds without spending ages dialing in parameters.
Double pulse mode makes aluminum welding much easier. The bead appearance looks professional with no extra effort. It supports a spool gun for aluminum, and all main welding modes are included: MIG, flux core, Lift TIG and MMA.
The LCD display is sharp and easy to read. I can store frequently used settings for quick recall. The Bluetooth mobile app is a neat bonus to adjust parameters from afar. Whether you’re a hobbyist or small shop operator, this welder is well worth considering.

The good news: the machine makes beautiful double pulse beads with 0.035 ER70S-6 wire. The bad news: the machine doesn’t recognize C10 gas, no double pulse capability for double pulse dual shielded wire, and no 0.045 wire mode.
