This Welding helmet excels in providing safety, comfort, clear vision, and swift response time for darkening. It offers both welding and grinding settings, and it's easily adjustable to fit both my husband and teenage daughter. The helmet is lightweight but not flimsy. After completing a project involving steering linkage (as shown in the video), we observed that the helmet remained securely in place even when working under the mower at awkward angles. The front plate on the helmet also provides effective neck protection.

This True Color Welding Helmet boasts solid construction. It instilled a sense of safety in my face, and the visibility while welding was exceptional.

My old helmet stopped working, so I ordered this one. I'm pleased with the adjustable, padded head straps, and the large viewing screen is a highlight. The various controls, including a switch to prevent darkening while grinding, are very useful. The included bag saves me from wrapping it in a shirt like I used to. A nice touch.

Well its got a nice design on it n not very heavy but my Lincoln viking hood takes 2 AAA batteries..this takes what I call a watch battery...im a certified welder n been welding 25 years...first helmet with adjustments on outside of hood....but not gonna just keep talking bout the cons...well the pros is if it messes up..u only got 45 bucks in it...but cool looking hood for teenagers around the house learning to weld...decent hood but definitely not a Speedglass or Lincoln Viking hood

Very comfortable to wear and works great the best welding hood I've ever had.

The larger viewing area allows me to see with my glasses and improves my welding.

Works great, took me some time to figure out how to change the lenses and protector but the head adjustments are good and so are the lens adjustments

Based on my research, having more options for customizing shade levels and adjustment speed is crucial for protecting your eyes and maintaining the visibility of your welding bead.

Considering the price, I believe it would be challenging to find a helmet that surpasses this one. It's comfortable, incredibly lightweight, and offers all the features you'd expect from helmets costing three times as much. The true color feature significantly enhances the user experience. While I don't weld frequently, when I do, I want clear visibility.
