Decent helmet but light is not “ built in” as and falls off almost immediately!

Decent helmet but light is not “ built in” as quoted on Arccaptain site. It’s stuck on and falls off almost immediately and yes I pre-cleaned the surface. I’ve sent an email and have received nothing back from them. I tried to return it but I missed window by 1 day as I only got around to using it by then.
Look closely at any online helmets because I do not think any are actually “built in”.
