LW1200 Warranty Policy

A 3-year warranty applies to the core components of the unit, effective from the date of purchase by the consumer. Wear parts and structural components are not covered under the warranty.

1. Core components covered by the warranty include:

1.1. Laser unit: Complete assembly.

1.2. Chiller: Water pump, compressor, fan, heater, control mainboard & display, start capacitor, water tank.

1.3. Welding gun control system: Control box, gun head motor, display screen, switching power supply unit, gun trigger/switch.

1.4. Wire feeder: Switching power supply unit, wire feed mainboard, motor, display screen, wire feed motor.

1.5. Main unit electrical system: Power switch, solenoid valve, air pressure switch, relay.

2. Components not covered by the warranty include:

Optical fibers, QBH connectors and crystals, lenses, seals, water/gas hoses, wiring harnesses, ground clamps, structural components, and consumables/wear parts (such as copper nozzles, wire guide tubes, wire feed rollers, wire guide tips).

3. Additional exclusions from warranty service:

3.1. Product quality issues resulting from repairs using non-original parts;

3.2. Damage caused by improper operation or failure to follow the user manual instructions;

3.3. Damage caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage;

3.4. Damage caused by unauthorized repairs.
