Turn on your machine and enable Bluetooth and Location permissions on your phone. Open the ARCCAPTAIN app, go to the Device tab, and select the device matching your serial number (SAP code) to connect ARCCAPTAIN welder to phone for real-time welder control.

If your Bluetooth welder is not connecting, make sure the machine is powered on within 10 meters and not paired to another phone. Restart Bluetooth and the machine. If the welding app is not connecting after multiple tries, an automatic diagnostic window will help you submit an error log.
