I have had limited time with the equipment so far as I'm waiting for the electrician to hook up proper Service & the weather has not been pleasant.
As of the time I've had with the 200 I like it. Weld is not flat but maybe with proper power it will be. Anyway the machines are not for industrial use but for my automotive industry exhaust, trailers & the like so I don't foresee a problem. The Long gentility of the units would be my only concern at this point & know way of knowing until the time is apon it.
Did you all do a longevity test with equipment & if so what where the results?
after getting a machine without a working wire feed Arccaptain quickly sent me a working welder and I am extremely pleased with this welder. i am an armature welder/home shop and needed this to build and repair a drill press stand. The machine functions great and i am able to weld. Although my welds may not be pretty they function and this machine certainly does. I have used both the flux core and stick and both function well even though the outlets in my shop may trip a breaker with the stick every once in a while I am so pleased I don't have to fire up my generator to have a 220 outlet to weld. This functions on my garage outlets without a problem as long as I pay attention to the settings (which is very simple to do with this unit).
The machines work well as I already knew they would since this isn’t my first time using them. The delivery was fast but the only problem I really had with this order experience is that I never received tracking information on my order until I had already received the items.
