FAQ

Pulse MIG uses controlled current pulses to reduce heat and improve weld stability, resulting in cleaner welds with less spatter and better control

Pre-orders will start shipping on June 3 in the order they were placed. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

It is designed for both beginners and experienced welders:

  • Beginners can use synergic mode for easy setup
  • Professionals can fine-tune parameters for full control

Standard MIG is best for general welding but produces more spatter and often requires post-cleaning, while single pulse reduces spatter and gives better control for precision work, and double pulse further lowers heat input and automatically creates a smooth, fish-scale weld appearance for both efficiency and aesthetics.

The machine delivers up to 200A in Gas MIG, Spool Gun, and Lift TIG modes, 160A in both Single and Double Pulse MIG modes, and 180A in Stick (MMA), providing reliable performance across different welding processes.

This machine is ideal for:

  • Automotive repair (body panels, exhaust systems)
  • Aluminum welding
  • Sheet metal work
  • Structural and heavy-duty welding

This welder supports both 1kg and 5kg wire spools, making it suitable for light-duty work as well as longer, continuous welding tasks without frequent wire changes.

It supports carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum when using pulse modes, while standard MIG covers carbon steel and stainless steel, and aluminum welding can be achieved with a spool gun for better wire feeding stability.

The double pulse MIG Welder includes 159 built-in Smart-Set synergic programs that automatically match voltage and wire feed speed based on material and thickness, making setup faster and more consistent for different welding jobs.

Pulse welding is only available in gas-shielded MIG mode and works within synergic settings, ensuring stable arc control and optimized performance for specific materials.
