Good Wire, Not so good service for other things ordered!

I gaot the wire fine and it seems to working very well. However I also trlied to use my discounts on contact tips and Nozzles but got the message 3 times that it is "not available in my area". I called Customer service and they said you are out of it - even though the advertisement only hit my computer one day earlier. And I see you don't offer the narrowed Flux nozzles for my MIG 200 , and no help in finding some. NOT A GOOD START with AC - Oh, the new welder is working pretty well so far.

I received the Mig250 7 days after placing order. The box arrived intact and the welder had no damage or defects. All parts were included. The welder worked as described out of the box. All features and functions were as described. I’m very pleased with the welder’s performance running in stick mode with 6011, 7014, 7018 or MIG with 0.030 wire. I’m still working out settings but then again that’s normally the case as every welder is different. I like the machine and found the user manual to be clear and concise. No complaints. Time will tell about how well it holds up to heavy use, but quality and performance out of the box is excellent!

I am an absolute beginner when it comes to welding, but I can’t believe how simple this welder has made my starting point!!! Super straight forward, and easy to use. I went from literally having never welded anything, to stitching together pieces of steel for practice on the first try. With time, and experimentation, I know I’ll be making good quality welds!! I would recommend this setup to anyone who is wanting to get into welding for hobby, or repairing equipment, etc.
