The LW1200 presale ends on October 29, 2026. The $400 presale discount is applied automatically at checkout—no code required.
It supports high-precision, low-distortion welding on a wide range of materials, including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Aluminum & Aluminum Alloy, Brass, Galvanized Steel, Magnesium Alloy, Titanium, and Cast Iron.
You need a compatible 220V power supply, suitable shielding gas and a controlled laser work area. The LW1200 is a Class 4 laser system and requires trained operators, appropriate laser-rated protective equipment and the precautions specified in the manual.
The LW1200 delivers travel speeds up to 5 times faster than traditional TIG welding. Because of its ultra-low heat input, it minimizes thermal distortion on thin sheets, virtually eliminating post-weld straightening and saving massive fabrication hours.
No. The LW1200 uses air cooling, so there is no external water chiller to install or coolant to maintain.
The handheld torch supports three versatile operating modes: SPOT (for precise tacking), PULSE (for strict heat control on ultra-thin sections), and Continuous welding (for high-speed, deep-penetration seams).
Absolutely. The LW1200 is engineered to be fully compatible with external automatic wire feeders. This allows for smooth, continuous wire delivery during heavy-duty fabrication tasks where gap bridging is required.
Highly mobile. Designed as a self-contained fabrication workstation, it features an ergonomic push handle, heavy-duty industrial casters (with brakes), and a dedicated fiber cable storage rack. You can effortlessly wheel it to any corner of your shop or transport it directly to a job site for immediate plug-and-play operation.
Safety is our top priority. The LW1200 features a multi-tier safety interlock system. The laser will only fire when the torch nozzle is in direct contact with the workpiece (grounded metal). It also features a prominent, front-mounted Emergency Stop (E-STOP) button for instant shutdown, alongside built-in sensors protecting against voltage and temperature fluctuations.
The LW1200 combines three functions in one handheld torch:
Note: To switch functions, install the required nozzle or lens and select the matching mode on the touchscreen. Results vary by material and settings.
